We had a wonderful 2n/3d vacation for NYE at Kannur. Started with a lovely stay at Sukūn, Heritage Home. Vikas from Sukūn took very good care of us, specially on 31st night with fireworks, beach, temple pond and Theyyam visit. It was very different new year away from city hustle and bustle that we really enjoyed. We relished the nice dinner at Cafe Ghazal another recommendation from Vikas. NeXT morning we enjoyed the elaborate home made breakfast featuring authentic Malabar cuisine. Next day we spent at Haris Beach Home. Wonderful view and beach with good hospitality from Mr. Haris followed by houseboat sunset cruise and dinner. The houseboat was the trip highlight, loved how peaceful it was with no crowds, a true hidden gem in gods own country. Kannur is beautiful very clean and green. Absolutely exceeded our expectations! Thank you Priya for this wonderful trip!! Will keep coming back to you for more such unique experiences!!
